Unladen Tasks is provided by Unladen Software Pty Ltd, ABN 18 700 213 181. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Unladen Tasks is a personal task list, offered free of charge and as is. We aim to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features. You can export your list at any time from Settings.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is entered under your account. One person per account. Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to hold.
Your data
What you enter stays yours. We store it encrypted under a key that belongs to your account, do not read it, and do not share or sell it. Deleting your account removes your data and your key.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Questions go to privacy@unladensoftware.com. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
